A Professional Bridge to Enhance the Employability of Al-Quds Youth is a development initiative designed to support young people in Jerusalem as they transition from academic education to the labor market. The project aims to equip youth with practical skills, professional knowledge, and career awareness that enhance their employability and enable them to build sustainable career pathways. It responds to the growing need to align academic preparation with the evolving demands of the job market and future employment opportunities.

The project works with third- and fourth-year law students, as well as recent graduates, through specialized training programs that focus on personal and professional skills development, CV writing, career guidance, and workplace readiness. In addition, participants receive training in negotiation, mediation, and arbitration, strengthening transferable skills that are highly valued across multiple sectors.

A key component of the project is the integration of students and graduates into joint learning activities that promote peer exchange and professional networking. The project also organizes field visits to major companies, providing participants with direct exposure to work environments, insights into labor market requirements, and opportunities to learn from professional success stories. These experiences help participants expand their professional networks and may serve as early links to employment opportunities.

Implemented in partnership with Al-Quds University and supported by COMCEC, the project contributes to bridging the gap between education and employment, empowering Jerusalem youth to enter the labor market with confidence and competitive skills.
