The organization provides its legal advisory services on a large scale and in multiple legal fields. By providing these services, it aims to help beneficiaries obtain professional legal advice from specialists to determine the legal options available to them before they make the decision to go to the courts, and to save time, effort, and money.

Legal assistance includes the following areas:

1. Legal assistance in civil and commercial matters, which includes providing advice on liability arising from tortious or contractual legal obligations such as employment contracts, leases, contracting, pledges, real estate, and commercial deals, etc., provided by lawyers specialized in these fields.

2. Legal assistance in family disputes, especially considering the increasing disputes over issues of inheritance, succession, discord, and conflict between spouses, is provided by lawyers specialized in this field.

3. Legal assistance in supporting the economic and social rights of citizens who face problems with government institutions, such as issues with National Insurance, withdrawal of residency, and Arnona (property tax).

4. Legal assistance in implementing judicial rulings issued by Israeli courts that are enforceable in the areas of the Palestinian Authority and vice versa, in addition to providing legal advice on requests submitted by Palestinian citizens in the areas of the Palestinian Authority to the Legal Aid Unit in the Israeli Ministry of Justice in implementation of Annex IV of the Palestinian-Israeli Interim Agreement.
