Request for Price Offers Production of Social Media Reels

First: General Background

ACT Conflict Resolution Organization invites qualified digital content producers to submit price offers for producing short reels for media visibility and social media communication within the project: "Community Initiatives Based on Mediation Approaches to Promote Dialogue and Social Cohesion in Palestinian Society" funded by the European Union.

The project aims to support trained mediators in transforming the knowledge and skills they acquired in mediation and peacebuilding into practical community initiatives that enhance dialogue, reduce tensions, and strengthen social cohesion within local communities. This training enables participants to design implementable community initiatives based on principles of mediation, dialogue, and constructive conflict management.

Reels are considered a key tool for media visibility and audience outreach through social media platforms, aiming to document project phases and publish them regularly throughout the implementation period.

Second: Mission Objective

This mission aims to contract a qualified digital content producer to produce 10 short reels documenting the project’s implementation phases and delivering awareness messages in the field of community peacebuilding, to be published on social media platforms in line with the project’s identity and the donor’s media visibility requirements.

Third: Request Details

• Number of reels: 10 reels
• Purpose: Documenting project phases and publishing them on social media for media visibility purposes
• Expected period: July 2026 – February 2027
• Target platforms: Instagram / Facebook
• Content language: Arabic

Fourth: Scope of Work and Responsibilities

The content producer shall undertake the following tasks:

1. Hold a coordination meeting with ACT team to understand project media visibility objectives and visual identity requirements.
2. Define the different messages for each reel and agree with ACT team on the final product.
3. Produce 10 short reels documenting different project phases.
4. Adhere to EU media visibility requirements, including insertion of the EU logo and ACT logo.
5. Deliver each reel in a format suitable for social media publishing.
6. Make necessary adjustments based on ACT team feedback before final approval.

Fifth: Required Deliverables

1. 10 completed reels approved by ACT.
2. Reels must comply with ACT’s approved visual identity and EU media visibility requirements.
3. Delivery of reels in formats suitable for Instagram / Facebook publishing.

Sixth: Required Qualifications

1. Documented experience in digital content production and short reel production.
2. Samples of similar previous work.
3. Familiarity with social media platform requirements (Instagram / Facebook).
4. Prior experience producing content for civil society organizations or internationally funded projects is preferred.

Seventh: Required Proposal Contents

Applicants must submit a proposal including:

1. CV with relevant experience.
2. Samples of similar previous work.
3. Detailed financial offer per reel, including editing and production, with prices in euros inclusive of tax. The offer must remain valid for three months.
