Enhancing Employment Opportunities, Alternative Digital Dispute Resolution Mechanisms, and Innovation Pathways for Jerusalem Youth
Enhancing Employment Opportunities, Alternative Digital Dispute Resolution Mechanisms, and Innovation Pathways for Jerusalem Youth
Project Duration: June 1, 2026 – October 31, 2026
This project aims to enhance employment opportunities and professional capacities for youth in Jerusalem by establishing two integrated training tracks in alternative and digital dispute resolution. These tracks target graduates from the project's first phase as well as a new cohort of law students and graduates.
The initiative empowers participants with negotiation, mediation, and arbitration skills, connecting them with entrepreneurship and freelancing opportunities in this domain to boost their professional readiness and employability.
Furthermore, it presents a practical model for innovation in dispute resolution through an innovation challenge that enables participants to submit incubatable ideas and initiatives, ultimately leading to the establishment of a professional innovation hub that ensures the long-term sustainability of the project's impact.
The project brings together 23 youth, law students, and graduates from Jerusalem across two integrated training tracks:
Track 1 (Advanced Track): Enrolls 8 graduates from Phase 1 of the project and includes advanced training in alternative and online dispute resolution (ODR) and entrepreneurship, alongside participation in an innovation challenge.
Track 2 (Foundational Track): Enrolls 15 youth, law students, and graduates (aged 20–28) in a 16-day foundational capacity-building program covering life skills, negotiation, mediation, and arbitration, in addition to a field visit to a company in Jerusalem.
