Time To Act project for crime scene protection implemented by ACT conflict resolution, in partnership with the Palestinian police and funded by the German Cooperation Agency GIZ

Project Description

ACT Conflict Resolution, in partnership with the Palestinian Police and with the support of the German Cooperation Agency GIZ, seeks through the Time To Act project to promote awareness in crime scene protection, as well as to strengthen the role of mobile centres in strengthening the community partnership that the Palestinian police aims to achieve, and establish permanent follow-up committees. The project also seeks to raise awareness of the police services provided by the police institution to everyone in the community and to build trust in the institution.

Project Goals

Community-based workshops on crime scene preservation and the promotion of criminal justice
Implementation of workshops targeting police and security personnel on preserving crime scenes and strengthening criminal justice
Enhanced community participation and awareness of the Palestinian Police in national and international events
Raising community awareness in the services of the police institution as well as preserving the crime scene
