Jerusalem, September 2025 — ACT for Conflict Resolution conducted a specialized training on soft skills development for university students and recent graduates in Jerusalem, as part of its project “A Career Bridge: Enhancing the Employability of Al-Quds Youth.” The initiative is implemented under the Al-Quds Program and funded by the Standing Committee for Economic and Commercial Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (COMCEC).

The training equipped participants with essential interpersonal and professional skills, including effective communication, time management, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving.

Delivered in two tailored phases, the program provided 10 hours of training for students and 10 hours for graduates, ensuring that the content addressed each group’s distinct academic and professional needs.

Through this initiative, ACT continues to bridge the gap between education and employment, empowering Palestinian youth to lead, innovate, and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
