ACT for Conflict Resolution launches training on negotiation skills with the support of COMCEC
ACT for Conflict Resolution launched a specialized training on Negotiation Skills for a group of youth within the framework of the project A Career Bridge: Enhancing the Employability of Al-Quds Youth, which falls under the umbrella of the Al-Quds Program and is funded by the Standing Committee for Economic and Commercial Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (COMCEC).
The first session was held on Thursday, August 21, 2025, led by trainer Mr. Jubran Said, where the focus was placed on the essential skills of negotiation. The training will continue over several days with a total of 20 training hours.
It is worth noting that this project aims to empower Jerusalem youth with the fundamental skills and competencies needed to succeed in the labor market, in addition to introducing them to new and diverse career pathways, and enhancing their awareness and preparedness for future job opportunities
