On Tuesday, March 5, 2025, ACT for Dispute Resolution hosted a special Ramadan event through its Mediation and Arbitration Forum under the theme "Q&A on Arbitration." This initiative is part of ACT’s ongoing efforts to promote alternative dispute resolution mechanisms and enhance awareness of mediation and arbitration within the community.
Held via Zoom, the event brought together over 45 participants from across the Arab world and featured distinguished speakers:

The session was moderated by Mr. Mohammad Hadiyah, a lawyer, arbitrator, and mediator, alongside Ms. Heba Thouqan,a lawyer and arbitrator.
During the event, ACT introduced the book "Q&A on the Arbitration Agreement," co-authored by Dr. El-Tayeb and Dr. Al-Awa. The discussion highlighted key arbitration-related questions covered in the book, offering participants valuable insights into arbitration agreements and their practical applications.
The session also facilitated a dynamic exchange of ideas, with attendees actively engaging in discussions, sharing perspectives, and raising inquiries—further enriching the conversation with scholarly and practical insights.
