ACT for Conflict Resolution discusses with the Ministry of Justice legal legislation related to the field of arbitration.

On Wednesday, 08/21/2024, lawyer Mohammad Hadieh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ACT, and lawyer Heba Thouqan, met with Ms. Maysaa Hamarsheh, Director General of the General Administration for Alternative Means of Dispute Resolution, and Mr. Hammam Melhem from the Ministry of Justice to discuss the observations and proposals submitted by the organization regarding the legislation in force in the field of Arbitration.

This meeting comes within a series of meetings that will be held on this topic in partnership with the Ministry of Justice, and within the framework of implementing the activities of the project to enhance Jerusalemites' access to informal justice with the support of the Sawasiya 3 program.
