Sunday, 07/07/2024, ACT for Conflict Resolution concluded the training course in preparing and qualifying mediators via Zoom, which began on 12/05/2024.

The number of trainees was (11) participants from different fields and specializations, such as law, engineering, and others.

The training was provided by the trainer and lawyer Mohammad Hadieh, with a total of (45) training hours, covering many topics, most notably the meaning of mediation as an alternative means of resolving disputes, and what distinguishes it from other alternative methods. In addition to the principles and basics of mediation, such as confidentiality, voluntariness, neutrality, and self-determination, types of mediation and its stages. The training was enriched with discussions and practical applications.
