The Board of Directors of ACT held their fifth meeting.

ACT’s Board of Directors met on April 29, 2025, in the presence of most members, in person and via Zoom.

After the quorum was completed, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Mohammad Hadieh, opened the meeting by welcoming the attendees, indicating that the main clause of the meeting will focus on presenting the draft of the organization’s strategic plan to the members for the purposes of discussing it and expressing an opinion about it before presenting it to the General Assembly for approval. It was presented by the members of the Board of Directors authorized to prepare it, Mr. Hani Boullata and Mr. Hazem Khattab, who worked during the past three months to develop it.

During the meeting, it was agreed to call for a general assembly meeting to present the financial and administrative reports and the strategic plan.
