ACT for Conflict Resolution signs a cooperation agreement with the Libyan Center for International Commercial Arbitration.

On 04/23/2024, ACT signed a memorandum of understanding and cooperation with the Libyan Center for International Commercial Arbitration, in the presence of the founder of ACT, lawyer Mohammad Hadieh, and the presence of Mr. Saad Bin Sharada, Director General of the Libyan Center, the Deputy Director, Mrs. Khawla Al-Zatayqi, and the Director of the Training Department, Mrs. Asma Al-Hubaishi. The agreement aims to focus on cooperation in the field of alternative means of resolving disputes, especially in the fields of arbitration, mediation, and the exchange of experiences and knowledge in Palestine, North Africa, and the Middle East.
