ACT for Conflict Resolution launches the training program in arbitration, “Preparing and Qualifying Arbitrators”.

ACT, in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice, launched its first training program for the year 2024 to prepare and qualify arbitrators, with the participation of a distinguished and diverse group of participants from Palestine and the Arab world and from various professional sectors from the private and governmental sectors, under the supervision of the founder of ACT, the lawyer and practicing arbitrator Mohammad Hadieh and, lawyer Heba Thouqan.
ACT courses are always characterized by their focus on combining theory and practice, continuous dialogue, and discussion of controversial issues between the trainer and participants, relying on judicial precedents, jurisprudential references, and comparative legislative texts.
