Lawyer Mohammad Hadieh participates in a symposium on national mediation.

Mohamed Hadieh, founder of ACT for Conflict Resolution, participated on Friday, 03/15/2023, in a symposium on national mediation organized by the Kingdom Mediator Foundation, a Moroccan institution in which representatives from Morocco, Tunisia, and Libya participated.

Mr. Hadieh’s intervention reflected the experience of ACT - a Palestinian non-governmental organization based in the city of Jerusalem - in the field of mediation and focused on the mechanism of receiving cases, whether referred from a trial, judicial institutions, or individuals, and the point of dealing with them, appointing mediators, and holding mediation sessions according to practice.
