ACT for Conflict Resolution completes the project to enhance the role of alternative means of conflict resolution in Jerusalem by issuing a booklet that includes all its activities.
In January 2024, ACT for Conflict Resolution completed the implementation of all activities of the project to enhance the role of alternative means of resolving disputes in Jerusalem. The project aimed to operate the use of alternative means of resolving disputes, such as mediation and arbitration, to avoid resorting to the courts and the tribal system in East Jerusalem. This project was implemented in cooperation with the Palestinian Ministry of Justice with the support of Sawasiya - Palestine. With the conclusion of the project, ACT issued a booklet containing all curricular and extracurricular activities, which had a major role in raising the level of awareness in the culture of resorting to mediation and arbitration as alternative means of resolving disputes.
