FIDIC Model 3 Course Concludes Successfully
The FIDIC Model 3 course, which was held online via Zoom from September 6 to October 4, 2023, concluded successfully.
This course is part of a project to strengthen the role of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in the city of Jerusalem, which is implemented by the ACT Foundation in partnership with the Ministry of Justice and with the support of the Joint Sawsiya program.
The course was led by Engineer Tahseen Saleh, an expert in FIDIC contracts, and was attended by engineers, contractors, and lawyers from all over the world.
The course covered a wide range of topics related to FIDIC contracts, including:

· How to protect customers and increase competition and mutual recognition of obligations
· Project sustainability management and sustainability management guidelines

· Standard contract templates that define the relationship between the parties, assign responsibilities, and allocate risks
· The legal nature of the FIDIC contract

· The Red Book: Green, Yellow, Pink, Silver, and Gold
At the end of the course, participants expressed their great appreciation for the rich scientific content that the course provided and the excellent training skills of the lecturer.
Engineer Tahseen Saleh expressed his happiness with the great success of the course and stressed the importance of FIDIC contracts in the field of engineering and construction and the need to be well-versed in them to successfully deal with engineering projects.
