ACT organisation Holds a Seminar, titled "Judicial Oversight of Arbitrators' Judgments".

ACT conflict resolution organisation held a webinar, titled "Judicial Oversight of Arbitrators' Judgments", On Saturday, February 26, 2022, presented by Dr. Mohamed Al-Shaheer and moderated by Attorney Mohamed Hadia.

The symposium included several axes, most notably, the nature of appealing the arbitration award, formal supervision of the arbitral award and cases of nullity related to the arbitration agreement, in addition to examples of internal control in institutional arbitration.

After the minutes of the presentation were completed, an in-depth dialogue was held by the attendees from a large number of Arab countries, during which the contents of the arbitration laws in these countries were presented as ways to resolve the arbitrators’ judgments, including Egypt, Bahrain, the Emirates, Syria and Palestine.
