ACT for Conflict Resolution Institution holds the first round table meeting revolving around deepening the understanding of the current and future impact of the Oslo Accords on the Palestinian Youth.
ACT Institution held a round table meeting on deepening the understanding of the current and future effects of the Oslo Accords on the Palestinian youth living in Jerusalem. 17 activists from Jerusalem participated in the round table discussion which showcased the main points included in the declaration of principles that was signed between the Israeli government and the Palestinian delegation in 1993. Furthermore, they looked at the letters that were shared a week before the signing. In addition, they discussed the main content included in the Palestinian-Israeli Interim Agreement on the West Bank and the Gaza strip in 1995 (Oslo 2), and focusing on presenting the political, legal, and security context and its effect and impact on the city of Jerusalem.
To be noted that this is the first of 8 meetings within (Qadaya 2) project that is executed by ACT Conflict Resolution Institution included in the Political Analysis and Advocacy Program and supported by Heinrich Boll Stiftung Institution, Palestine and Jordan office.
