ACT organization concludes the first phase of its Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADM) training

ACT Organization concluded the first phase of “Alternative Dispute Resolution” trainings. These trainings are a part of a series of the trainings from “Irth” project implemented by ACT in partnership with Palestinian Vision Organization, PASSIA and funded by the European Union.

The first three training sessions were allocated for mediation as an Alternative Dispute Resolution. During which the participants learned about the fundamentals of mediation, the skills of mediators, the stages of the mediation process, as well as the types of facilitative, evaluative and transformative mediation through practical application about real issues related to endowment properties and endowment real estate investment disputes.

This training includes 60 participants where some are lawyers, trustees, beneficiaries, jurists and interested community activists and reformers. The second phase of this training, which consists of five sessions, will focus on arbitration (Its principles, procedures, arbitrators' decisions, ratification and methods of challenging them).
