Sahar Fakhouri-Zeidan is a specialist in development project coordination and community capacity building, combining deep field experience across the Bethlehem and Hebron governorates with a solid academic background.

She previously managed and coordinated internationally funded projects supported by UN Women and MISEREOR, targeting women's empowerment, community advocacy, and civil peace in marginalized communities. She oversaw a network of over 120 direct beneficiaries, community organizations, and government bodies, and supervised training programs in leadership, advocacy, monitoring and evaluation.

She was also the first Branch Manager of INJAZ Palestine in Bethlehem, where she built community and academic partnerships from the ground up and led programs in entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and life skills.

Sahar holds a Master's degree in Cultural Institutions Management from Dar Al Kalima University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Marketing minor from Bethlehem University. She is fluent in Arabic and English and proficient in French, and in 2025 obtained a certificate in Digital Marketing and AI in Organizations.

A natural leader, she spent 25 years as a Scout leader in her community; a testament to her genuine commitment to serving people and the human values that remain at the heart of her work today.
