A young Palestinian woman from Bethlehem, she is a social work specialist with a focus on gender studies, working in project coordination and community engagement, with a particular interest in issues of women’s empowerment and marginalized groups in Palestinian society.

She draws on a social and developmental background that combines theoretical understanding with practical application, having contributed to the implementation and coordination of community initiatives in partnership with local and international institutions, which strengthened her expertise in fieldwork, planning, and project management.

She serves as a Project Coordinator at ACT Institution for Conflict Resolution, where she helps promote a culture of dialogue, build community peace, and develop alternative mechanisms for conflict resolution at the local level, in addition to supporting awareness and community activities.

She also has experience working with women and children, conducting awareness and psychosocial support sessions, alongside her interest in youth capacity-building and enabling their active participation in their communities.

She represents a model of an ambitious Palestinian young woman striving to create a sustainable positive impact based on social justice, equality, and the strengthening of community cohesion.
