Hani Bulata

A Jerusalemite community activist, dedicated to protecting and strengthening the Palestinian community in the city, with a particular focus on supporting the Christian community. He serves as President of the Arab Orthodox Union Club in Jerusalem, where he actively contributes to fostering social cohesion and promoting youth participation, teamwork, and community engagement.

On the professional level, Hani works as a Project Officer at the French Development Agency (AFD), where he leads and coordinates a wide range of development programs in the local governance sector, and previously in the water sector at the national level. He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from France and has extensive experience in developing information systems related to the legal and judicial sectors, as well as systems for project planning, monitoring, and donor relations.

Through his work, he supports municipalities and local councils in implementing sustainable development projects, strengthens local governance, and contributes to enhancing community resilience. His expertise in leveraging technology and improving management systems has helped achieve greater efficiency and transparency in project implementation.
