Reem Sawafteh

Lawyer and Accredited Arbitrator (Category A) with the Palestinian Ministry of Justice in Insurance Disputes, and a member of the Legal Committee as well as the Board of Directors at ACT Institute for Arbitration and Dispute Resolution.

She holds a Ph.D. in Private Law and several professional certifications in arbitration, law, and intellectual property. She has advanced expertise in arbitration, dispute resolution, and insurance, with specialization in assessing moral damages, and an academic background as a former university lecturer. She also holds diplomas in Artificial Intelligence and Scientific Research, and is an International Certified Trainer (TOT) accredited by the American Board.

She has delivered numerous specialized training programs in law and arbitration, distinguished by strong presentation and influence skills, and by applying modern training methodologies focused on practical application.

Through her work at ACT, she contributes to implementing training programs and activities in partnership with civil society organizations and local institutions, thereby promoting a culture of mediation and arbitration and reinforcing sustainable legal solutions.
