She is a banking professional specializing in financing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and a Board Member of ACT – Palestinian Center for Arbitration and Dispute Resolution, where she contributes to supporting and strengthening the institution’s efforts in mediation, arbitration, and the resolution of community and institutional disputes through legal and professional methods that ensure justice and stability.

Rola currently serves as a Branch Manager in the banking sector and possesses advanced practical expertise in managing banking relationships, creditworthiness analysis, and project financing, with a particular focus on supporting SMEs and promoting financial inclusion for underserved groups, especially women and youth.

She holds a Master’s degree in International Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing. She also earned professional certification as an SME Finance Expert from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, in addition to participating in specialized training programs in leadership, financial inclusion, and economic empowerment.

Rola has represented her banking institution in national projects aimed at expanding access to financial services and promoting financial literacy in society. She has also contributed to financing and supporting women entrepreneurs through initiatives targeting women, which has given her deep insight into the legal, economic, and social challenges faced by both individuals and institutions.

Through her membership on the Board of ACT, Rola combines her financial expertise, academic background, and commitment to community engagement to support the development of a legal and institutional environment based on dialogue, peaceful dispute resolution, and strengthening public and institutional trust in alternative justice mechanisms.

Rola believes that true leadership begins with investing in knowledge and extends to empowering others and creating a sustainable impact in society. She emphasizes that building a stable community and a strong economy requires fair and transparent institutions, and that mediation and arbitration are essential tools for reducing disputes, expediting procedures, and safeguarding professional and social relationships.
