Mediation Forum (14) Titled: "Which Legal Frame is Suitable for Effective Mediation Process: Choices of The Legislator in Palestine and The Arab World"

In accordane with Time To ADR in EJ Project Implemented by ACT Conflict Resolution in Partnership with the Ministry of Justice - Palestine and in support of Sawsya Programme Palestine. We are pleased to announce our upcoming Mediation Forum (14) titled: Mediation Forum (14) Titled: "Which Legal Frame is Suitable for Effective Mediation Process: Choices of The Legislator in Palestine and The Arab World" in the 13th of July 2023. Salma Al- Baz will be the main speaker of the event and Advocate Faten Ben Lamine will facilitate the online conference. 

This forum shall provide the chance for the participants to discuss the available legal frames in order to reinforce effective mediation in Palestine and the Arab World. These Options will be presented before legislators, moreover, the means of developing legal legislations to strengthen the role of mediation. 

We hope that this forum can act as a valuable opportunity for learning and cultural exchange. Moreover, we look forward to introduce the audience on the best practices in the field of mediation. We strongly advice you to attend and actively participate in this important event.
