ACT Foundation for Studies and Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods announces the opening of registration for participation in a specialized training program aimed at building the capacities of engineers, contractors, and lawyers in the field of engineering arbitration, dispute resolution, and FIDIC contracts (Levels 1–5). The program contributes to enhancing professional competencies related to the construction and reconstruction sector in the Gaza Strip
Training Programs First: Training in Engineering Arbitration — 20 training hours Second
Specialized Training in FIDIC Contracts (Levels 1–5) — 100 training hours
