Request for Hotel Price Quotations

ACT for Conflict Resolution is pleased to announce its interest in receiving price quotations for hosting a training workshop as part of the project:
"Enhancing Access to Informal Justice for Jerusalemites", implemented in partnership with the Palestinian Ministry of Justice and supported by the Sawasya III Joint Programme.

The training will take place over three days in the city of Ramallah, from June 1st to June 3rd, 2025, in accordance with the following details:

Required Conditions:

Pricing: The price should be quoted in USD, inclusive of all applicable taxes.

Submission: Quotations must be submitted by filling out the attached form and including a detailed price offer.

Validity: Offers must remain valid for at least one month from the date of submission.

Venue: The provider must be able to offer a training hall that accommodates 20 participants, available daily from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Payment Terms:

Payment will be made via bank transfer in USD upon receipt of an official tax invoice, along with a deduction at source certificate and all other required documentation. Alternatively, payment can be made via check issued to the primary beneficiary within one week after the completion of the training.

Note:

The final number of guests for room bookings and accommodation will be confirmed after the bid is awarded. The selected vendor will be contacted one week prior to the training start date for final arrangements.
