A dialogue session from the Mediation Forum entitled “Mediation in Arab Legislation”

ACT Foundation for Conflict Resolution, in cooperation with the Libyan Center for International Commercial Arbitration, is honored to invite you to attend a new dialogue session of the Mediation Forum under the title “Mediation in Arab Legislation”

This meeting was presented by Professor Khawla Al-Zatayqi, Vice President of the Libyan Center for International Commercial Arbitration.

We will host Ms. Fatima Ibrahim - Consultant on Legislative Reform, Mediation, and Restorative Justice

She is interviewed by Mr. Mohammad Hadieh - lawyer, mediator, arbitrator, and founder of ACT.

 In this meeting, mediation in Arab legislation and laws will be highlighted.
