Advertisement to solicit quotations for simultaneous translation services

ACT for Conflict Resolution in Jerusalem announces its desire to solicit price offers for the interpretation service for its activities for the year 2024, and invites individuals and institutions specialized in this field to submit their offers according to the details provided below, so that the application is made according to the attached form and filled out, if it is duly stamped and signed.

 Technical Specifications:

Providing simultaneous translation of meetings held by the organization via Zoom on various topics, including alternative means of resolving disputes.

Communicate effectively with beneficiary participants to ensure that the translation meets their needs.

The contract period is until the end of 2024.

Application mechanisms and requirements:

Send your CV and experiences showing work experience in the field of translation.

The financial offer must be submitted in US dollars, including tax, in accordance with Palestinian law.

The price offer submitted must be valid for one month from the date of receipt.

The deadline for receiving quotes is Sunday, 03/10/2024.

If the offer is accepted:

Bring a source deduction certificate or the income tax will be deducted according to the procedures applicable in Palestinian law.

Payment will be made through a check issued by the institution to the first beneficiary only in the dollar currency, or by bank transfer after receiving the tax invoice, if any, or a financial claim for the amount.

The translator must adhere to the special dates for meetings for which the institution requires simultaneous translation.
