ACT for Conflict Resolution is honored to invite you to attend the thirteenth dialogue session of the ACT Arbitration Forum under the title: “Practical Applications on the Reasons for Appealing an Arbitration Decision.”

In this session, we will host Professor Al-Issawi Badr, a researcher and lecturer in commercial arbitration law, through the meeting moderated by lawyer Heba Thouqan.

Session topics:

1- The concept of the arbitration decision.

2- Distinguishing between the final ruling and other types of rulings

3- Knowing the conditions for the validity of the arbitration award

4- Knowing the reasons for the invalidity of the arbitration award

5- Practical and judicial applications on the reasons for the invalidity of the arbitration award
